Plants at Mandideep and Govindpura
Mandideep plants and Govindpura engineering units: shift changes with contract crews, goods in and out, and parts sent away for plating or heat treatment that have to come back.
Manufacturing plants
Track every visitor inside your Bhopal site, from Mandideep and Govindpura plant gates to government offices and campuses. Live in a day, from ₹1,499 a month.
Companies already running their gates on VizPass
If your gate still runs on a paper register, you already know the gaps: names nobody can read, visitors who never signed out, and no quick answer when someone asks who is on site right now. In Bhopal that happens at three kinds of visitor entry: works gates at Mandideep and in the Govindpura industrial area, government offices with citizens at the desk, and institutes, universities and hospital campuses across the state capital.
VizPass is visitor management software built for all three. Your guard checks each visitor in on a phone or tablet, the host approves, and every visit becomes one record of who came, whom they met and when they left. A government office can make every walk-in wait for the officer’s approval, given from a no-login link.
Leave your name and a Number for Quick Reply Within a Working Day.
Four steps, each on the VizPass app.
The visitor scans the gate QR code, or the guard starts a walk-in: who they are meeting and why.

The person being visited approves or declines in the app, on WhatsApp or from a link.

A pass with the visitor’s name, host and QR code, on their phone or printed at the desk.

One scan shows the guard allowed or turned back, and every scan stays on record.

Bhopal's government offices: a citizen with business at one desk. With walk-ins set to need approval, the officer says yes from a no-login link before the pass is issued, or the desk approves.

Campuses across the state capital: workplaces nest from campus to building to department, each visit is tagged to one, and the On Site list filters by workplace and gate.

Set up a gate, invite your hosts and check in your first visitor on the day you start.
VizPass can be switched to Hindi, so guards and receptionists work in the language they read best.
Sites, gates and areas sit in one account, and the On Site list filters by site and gate.
Photo, ID, host and times on every visit, with reports you can download as CSV or save as PDF.
Each task at the gate, done on the guard's phone or an Android tablet.
Contract workers are checked in one by one, with no group entry. Returning workers are recognised by mobile number, so the peak is a line of quick confirmations rather than fresh registrations.
A visitor at night follows the same company-wide approval setting as one at noon. If hosts must approve walk-ins, the visitor waits for the host, who answers from a WhatsApp link without logging in.
Govindpura units send parts out for plating, heat treatment or painting. A returnable pass records what left, on whose approval and against which vehicle, with a due date. On the Gate Control plan.
Passes go to the visitor's phone by WhatsApp or email. A member of the public with neither gets a printed pass at the desk, on a printer the office already has.
Visitor forms are in English, so at a public counter the desk enters the visit from the visitor's ID. VizPass reads the ID number and name into the form for the receptionist to check.
A Security Head or Company Admin raises an evacuation for one workplace or the whole company. VizPass alerts the visitors inside, their hosts and the gate team, and the list of who is inside becomes the roll call.
Who can see what, what gets logged and where the records are kept.
Six built-in roles, from Company Admin to Security Guard and Receptionist, plus custom roles built from 38 permissions.
Sign-ins and every change to a visit or visitor, including check-ins, check-outs, blocks and reversals, are logged.
Block a person and they are refused at check-in, matched by mobile number, even on a booked visit.
A pass can carry an end time. After it, the pass is refused at entry and anyone still inside is flagged.
Visitor records are held in Indian regions; the data hosting page sets out exactly where.
Choose how long records are kept, from 12 to 120 months; older visits are deleted every night.

Set up from Noida, run on your own gate.
A video call pointed at your own gate, with your guards on it: real check-ins, not slides.
Begin with your busiest gate, run it beside the register for a week, then add the rest.
Phone, email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30 IST, from our team in Noida.
eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send staff punches to the VizPass Attendance module, on the Attendance & Leave plans.
Replace the paper register with photo-ID check-in, WhatsApp approval and QR passes, at one gate or all of them.
VizPass is priced per company, not per user, site or gate: ₹1,499 a month for Single Gate, ₹4,999 for Basic, ₹9,999 for Front Desk and ₹14,999 for Gate Control, which adds material and staff exit passes. GST is extra, annual billing gets one month free, and the 7-day free trial runs on the Basic plan.
Software. VizPass runs in a browser on the guard's phone or any Android tablet, so there is no kiosk or proprietary device to buy. Add a printer only if you want printed passes; otherwise the QR pass goes to the visitor's phone by WhatsApp or email.
Any site where a guard keeps a register today: office receptions and IT parks, pharma and chemical units, factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools and colleges, and construction sites. Each gets the same record of who came, whom they met and when they left, with material passes on the Gate Control plan where a plant needs them.
Yes, as a company-wide setting: walk-ins and self-registrations can be set so the host must approve. The officer gets the request in the VizPass bell, by email, on WhatsApp where configured and as an app push, and answers from a no-login link; the desk can also approve. Approval cannot differ by visitor type, and an unanswered request does not escalate.
For staff, yes: signed-in users, guards and receptionists included, can switch their web screens to Hindi. Visitor-facing forms, including the self-registration link and the invitation form, and the phone app are in English only, so at a public counter it is usually simpler for the guard or the desk to make the entry from the visitor's ID.
Access is by role: six built-in roles plus custom roles. Sign-ins and every change to a visit are kept in a tamper-proof activity log, blocked people are refused at check-in, and records are held in Indian regions and deleted after the retention period you set, between 12 and 120 months.
Yes, for staff attendance. eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send punches to the VizPass Attendance module, which comes with the Attendance & Leave, Field Workforce and Enterprise plans, priced on request. The visitor plans do not include it. Every visitor record can also be downloaded as CSV.
One gate can go live on the day you start: set up the gate, invite your hosts and check in the first visitor. We suggest running it beside the paper register for a week, then adding your other gates. The demo and the go-live session both run on a video call.
No. VizPass is built and supported from Noida. Demos and go-live sessions for Bhopal and Mandideep run on a video call pointed at your own gate, with your guards on it, and on-site visits are arranged case by case, not same-day. Support is by phone, email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30 IST.
Data is held in Indian regions; the hosting and residency page says where. The gate app and self-registration show your privacy notice and record the visitor's agreement; check-ins typed on the website's desk screens record none. A retention setting deletes old visits nightly once you switch it on. Meeting the Act's duties stays with your organisation as the data fiduciary.
