The Things People ask Before Paying
What counts as a site?
A Site is a place with gates — a plant, an office, a warehouse. A site with two entrances is two gates on one site, not two sites, and the register still answers as one.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, both ways, and nothing is migrated. Turning a module off hides it and stops billing for it; the data stays exactly where it was and comes back untouched if you turn it on again.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You pick a plan to carry on, and everything recorded during the trial is still there — visits, passes, couriers, the audit trail.
Is there a setup or training fee?
No. Setup is an afternoon and the product walks you through it. If you get stuck a human answers, but the point is that you should not need one.
How do we pay?
Card or netbanking through the checkout, or a bank transfer against an invoice if your accounts team prefers that. Annual billing takes the discount shown on the toggle above off the full year.
What if we stop?
Export everything to CSV whenever you like, including after you cancel. No lock-in and no exit fee — a deliberate decision, not a concession.
