Start with the works gate at shift change, which is usually where the paper register fails first. Load hosts, agencies and contract end dates before go-live, test mobile signal at the actual gate position, and run alongside the register for a week before switching over.

At a plant: time per worker at shift change, and people still shown on site after the last shift. For inbound items: returnable passes still open past their date. At an office: the share of visitors who arrived pre-registered.

Where This Does Not Fit
