Auto-Component and Engineering Plants
Bhiwadi's RIICO area and Bawal's HSIIDC estate: each shift change brings the contract workforce through the gate together, and the night shift asks whose people are still inside.
Manufacturing plants
Track every visitor inside your plant on the NH-48 belt, from Bhiwadi and Bawal auto units to Neemrana’s Japanese zone. Live in a day, from ₹1,499 a month.
Companies already running their gates on VizPass
If your gate still runs on a paper register, you already know the gaps: names nobody can read, visitors who never signed out, and no quick answer when someone asks who is on site right now. In Bhiwadi, Neemrana and Bawal that happens at three kinds of visitor entry: auto-component and engineering plants in Bhiwadi’s RIICO area and Bawal’s HSIIDC estate, Japanese-zone plants in Neemrana, and transporter and milk-run truck gates.
VizPass is visitor management software built for all three. Your guard checks each visitor in on a phone or tablet, the host approves, and every visit becomes one record of who came, whom they met and when they left. Plants on both sides of the state line can sit on one account, with one plan for the company.
Leave your name and a Number for Quick Reply Within a Working Day.
Four steps, each on the VizPass app.
The visitor scans the gate QR code, or the guard starts a walk-in: who they are meeting and why.

The person being visited approves or declines in the app, on WhatsApp or from a link.

A pass with the visitor’s name, host and QR code, on their phone or printed at the desk.

One scan shows the guard allowed or turned back, and every scan stays on record.

Engineers and auditors from parent companies abroad: the guard photographs the passport, VizPass reads the number and name into the form, and the host can invite them ahead.
Visitor passes
A truck can collect in Bawal and deliver in Neemrana and Bhiwadi the same day. The guard types the vehicle number, and a returning driver is recognised by mobile number.

Set up a gate, invite your hosts and check in your first visitor on the day you start.
VizPass can be switched to Hindi, so guards and receptionists work in the language they read best.
Sites, gates and areas sit in one account, and the On Site list filters by site and gate.
Photo, ID, host and times on every visit, with reports you can download as CSV or save as PDF.
Each task at the gate, done on the guard's phone or an Android tablet.
The contract workforce comes through together. Each worker is checked in on their own pass, and a returning worker's name, company and photo fill in from their phone number.
Exits missed at the last shift change make the morning list wrong. VizPass flags anyone still inside after their pass ends, so the night guard knows whose people remain.
A group with plants in Bawal and in Bhiwadi or Neemrana runs them on one account, with workplaces nested from plant to area to sub-location.
Returnable material leaves with an approval and a return date, and staff who step out to a supplier down the road go on an exit pass, both on the Gate Control plan.
For a Japanese-zone audit or a supplier visit, the host sends the invitation in advance and the visitor adds company and ID number before arriving; the guard takes the photo.
Who can see what, what gets logged and where the records are kept.
Six built-in roles, from Company Admin to Security Guard and Receptionist, plus custom roles built from 38 permissions.
Sign-ins and every change to a visit or visitor, including check-ins, check-outs, blocks and reversals, are logged.
Block a person and they are refused at check-in, matched by mobile number, even on a booked visit.
A pass can carry an end time. After it, the pass is refused at entry and anyone still inside is flagged.
Visitor records are held in Indian regions; the data hosting page sets out exactly where.
Choose how long records are kept, from 12 to 120 months; older visits are deleted every night.

Set up from Noida, run on your own gate.
A video call pointed at your own gate, with your guards on it: real check-ins, not slides.
Begin with your busiest gate, run it beside the register for a week, then add the rest.
Phone, email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30 IST, from our team in Noida.
eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send staff punches to the VizPass Attendance module, on the Attendance & Leave plans.
Replace the paper register with photo-ID check-in, WhatsApp approval and QR passes, at one gate or all of them.
VizPass is priced per company, not per user, site or gate: ₹1,499 a month for Single Gate, ₹4,999 for Basic, ₹9,999 for Front Desk and ₹14,999 for Gate Control, which adds material and staff exit passes. GST is extra, annual billing gets one month free, and the 7-day free trial runs on the Basic plan.
Software. VizPass runs in a browser on the guard's phone or any Android tablet, so there is no kiosk or proprietary device to buy. Add a printer only if you want printed passes; otherwise the QR pass goes to the visitor's phone by WhatsApp or email.
Any site where a guard keeps a register today: office receptions and IT parks, pharma and chemical units, factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools and colleges, and construction sites. Each gets the same record of who came, whom they met and when they left, with material passes on the Gate Control plan where a plant needs them.
Neither. Both plants run on one account and one plan, even though one is in Haryana and the other in Rajasthan. Each plant is a workplace with its own areas and gates, staff can be limited to their own plant, and a driver or auditor who visits both is one record, recognised by mobile number at either gate.
As visitors, briefly. A returning driver is recognised by mobile number and their name, company and photo fill in; the guard types the vehicle number on the visit or on a material pass, and it can be searched later. There is no separate vehicle pass, no number-plate reading and no capture of vehicle papers or driver documents.
Access is by role: six built-in roles plus custom roles. Sign-ins and every change to a visit are kept in a tamper-proof activity log, blocked people are refused at check-in, and records are held in Indian regions and deleted after the retention period you set, between 12 and 120 months.
Yes, for staff attendance. eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send punches to the VizPass Attendance module, which comes with the Attendance & Leave, Field Workforce and Enterprise plans, priced on request. The visitor plans do not include it. Every visitor record can also be downloaded as CSV.
One gate can go live on the day you start: set up the gate, invite your hosts and check in the first visitor. We suggest running it beside the paper register for a week, then adding your other gates. The demo and the go-live session both run on a video call.
No. VizPass is built and supported from Noida. Demos and go-live sessions for Rajasthan and Haryana run on a video call pointed at your own gate, with the guards present, and on-site visits are arranged case by case, not same-day. Support is by phone, email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30 IST.
Data is held in Indian regions; the hosting and residency page sets out where. VizPass keeps one record across your plants and can delete visits older than a retention period you set. Meeting your duties under the DPDP Act stays with you as the data fiduciary.
