Can We Block a Worker Who Has Been Removed from Site?
Yes. A Security Head or Company Admin blocks the person with a reason, and the gate refuses to check them in on every screen and the app, even on a visit already booked, until an admin unblocks them. The match is by mobile number only, and there is no ban on a whole contractor or agency.
Does VizPass Connect to Our SAP or Tally for Gate Passes?
No. There is no Tally, SAP or other ERP connector and no public API. Every record downloads as CSV for import or reconciliation, and a material pass carries the invoice, challan or PO number, so the gate record points to the ERP document even though the two systems do not talk.
How Secure Is the Visitor Management System?
Access is by role: six built-in roles plus custom roles. Sign-ins and every change to a visit are kept in a tamper-proof activity log, blocked people are refused at check-in, and records are held in Indian regions and deleted after the retention period you set, between 12 and 120 months.
