Contractor Management Software, Kept Simple

Visitor Data

How Do I Prevent Someone Banned from Campus from Showing Up at the Gate Again?
A Security Head or Company Admin blocks the person with a reason, and the gate then refuses to check them in on every screen and app, even on a visit already booked; public self check-in accepts nothing from that number either. Matching is by mobile number only, so someone using a different number is not caught, and refused attempts are not logged or alerted. Each block and unblock is in the activity log.
What Happens If We Need to Evacuate and Account for Everyone on Campus During an Emergency?

Can Vendors and Contractors Use the Same Entry Process as Parents, or Do We Need Separate Systems?
They use the same entry process, with no second system. Every adult has their photo and ID captured and gets a pass for that visit, which records whom they came to see; for a vendor or contractor, the company they work for is recorded too. VizPass does not link contractors to work orders or project durations: each visit gets a new pass, closed at the exit scan.
If a Parent Picks Up Their Child Mid-Day, How Does the System Know They Were Here?
Every parent and guardian visit is logged at the gate with a time-stamp, the parent's photo and ID, the staff member they met and a purpose such as Child Pickup. The guard can type the child's name in the purpose note, but VizPass has no student records, so it is not checked and visits cannot be listed by student. Do We Have to Manually Enter Every Visitor's Details, or Does the System Speed That Up at the Gate?

What Data Protection Rules Do We Need to Follow When We're Storing Photos and ID Details of Parents and Contractors?

Does VizPass Check Who Is Allowed to Pick Up a Child?
