No. VizPass has no weighbridge, Tally, SAP or ERP connectors and no public API. The guard types the vehicle number, which stays searchable, and the challan or invoice number can be typed onto an inward material pass. The weight stays on your weighbridge slip, and records export as CSV, so matching the two is a spreadsheet job.

How Do We Check in a Contractor Crew Arriving Together at Shift Change?

One worker at a time. VizPass has no group entry, so a crew of thirty is thirty check-ins, each short once the worker has been before, because their phone number brings their details back. At the end of the shift the On Site list, searchable by company, shows which contractor's people are still inside.

How Secure Is the Visitor Management System?

Access is by role: six built-in roles plus custom roles. Sign-ins and every change to a visit are kept in a tamper-proof activity log, blocked people are refused at check-in, and records are held in Indian regions and deleted after the retention period you set, between 12 and 120 months.

Can VizPass Connect to Our Attendance Machines?

Yes, for staff attendance. eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send punches to the VizPass Attendance module, which comes with the Attendance & Leave, Field Workforce and Enterprise plans, priced on request. The visitor plans do not include it. Every visitor record can also be downloaded as CSV.

How Fast Can Visitor Management Software Go Live in Raipur?
