Chemical and Dye Plants
GIDC Ankleshwar and Panoli: works gates that are part of the safety system. Each visitor and contract worker is checked in with photo and ID, so the gate can say who is inside and for which company.
Manufacturing plants
Track every visitor inside your Ankleshwar plant, from GIDC chemical gates to Panoli, Jhagadia and Dahej process plants. Live in a day, from ₹1,499 a month.
Companies already running their gates on VizPass
If your gate still runs on a paper register, you already know the gaps: names nobody can read, visitors who never signed out, and no quick answer when someone asks who is on site right now. In Ankleshwar that happens at three kinds of visitor entry: works gates in GIDC Ankleshwar and Panoli, process and pharma plants at Jhagadia and Dahej, and tanker and truck gates on the estate roads.
VizPass is visitor management software built for all three. Your guard checks each visitor in on a phone or tablet, the host approves, and every visit becomes one record of who came, whom they met and when they left. When the siren goes, the list of who is inside becomes the roll call.
Leave your name and a Number for Quick Reply Within a Working Day.
Four steps, each on the VizPass app.
The visitor scans the gate QR code, or the guard starts a walk-in: who they are meeting and why.

The person being visited approves or declines in the app, on WhatsApp or from a link.

A pass with the visitor’s name, host and QR code, on their phone or printed at the desk.

One scan shows the guard allowed or turned back, and every scan stays on record.

Three kinds of gate, one visitor record.

Manufacturing plants
Jhagadia to the east and Dahej on the coast: larger plants where one Gate Control plan covers the reception and the works gate, with a dated record of who was on site and when.
Pharmaceutical plants
Road tankers with solvents in, drums and bags out, across the estate roads. A returning driver is recognised by mobile number, and the guard types the vehicle number, which stays searchable.

Set up a gate, invite your hosts and check in your first visitor on the day you start.
VizPass can be switched to Hindi, so guards and receptionists work in the language they read best.
Sites, gates and areas sit in one account, and the On Site list filters by site and gate.
Photo, ID, host and times on every visit, with reports you can download as CSV or save as PDF.
Each task at the gate, done on the guard's phone or an Android tablet.
In a shutdown the gate takes fitters, welders, scaffolders and painting gangs from several agencies. The guard photographs each ID and VizPass reads the number and name into the form to check.
Give shutdown passes an end time: an expired pass is refused at entry but still lets the worker leave. A worker sent off site for a safety breach can be blocked with a reason.
On Gate Control, outgoing loads leave on an approved material pass that can carry the invoice or challan, and a pump sent out for repair goes on a returnable pass with a due date.
Where safety rules keep visitors' phones at the gate, the pass does not need one. It prints with photo and QR code, and the exit scan at the gate closes the visit.
A group with units at Ankleshwar and Dahej runs both on one account. The dashboard and On Site list show who is inside each plant, its areas and gates, right now.
A Security Head or Company Admin raises an evacuation, one button and a confirm, for the company or one plant, and the list of who is inside becomes the roll call.
Who can see what, what gets logged and where the records are kept.
Six built-in roles, from Company Admin to Security Guard and Receptionist, plus custom roles built from 38 permissions.
Sign-ins and every change to a visit or visitor, including check-ins, check-outs, blocks and reversals, are logged.
Block a person and they are refused at check-in, matched by mobile number, even on a booked visit.
A pass can carry an end time. After it, the pass is refused at entry and anyone still inside is flagged.
Visitor records are held in Indian regions; the data hosting page sets out exactly where.
Choose how long records are kept, from 12 to 120 months; older visits are deleted every night.

Set up from Noida, run on your own gate.
A video call pointed at your own gate, with your guards on it: real check-ins, not slides.
Begin with your busiest gate, run it beside the register for a week, then add the rest.
Phone, email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30 IST, from our team in Noida.
eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send staff punches to the VizPass Attendance module, on the Attendance & Leave plans.
Replace the paper register with photo-ID check-in, WhatsApp approval and QR passes, at one gate or all of them.
VizPass is priced per company, not per user, site or gate: ₹1,499 a month for Single Gate, ₹4,999 for Basic, ₹9,999 for Front Desk and ₹14,999 for Gate Control, which adds material and staff exit passes. GST is extra, annual billing gets one month free, and the 7-day free trial runs on the Basic plan.
Software. VizPass runs in a browser on the guard's phone or any Android tablet, so there is no kiosk or proprietary device to buy. Add a printer only if you want printed passes; otherwise the QR pass goes to the visitor's phone by WhatsApp or email.
Any site where a guard keeps a register today: office receptions and IT parks, pharma and chemical units, factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools and colleges, and construction sites. Each gets the same record of who came, whom they met and when they left, with material passes on the Gate Control plan where a plant needs them.
Yes, if the crews are booked ahead rather than registered at the gate on the first morning. Each worker is checked in individually, and a returning worker is recognised by phone number, so from the second day the check is quick. Give the passes an end time, and the On Site list, searchable by company, shows who is still inside at shift end.
No. Permits to work, hot work and confined space included, stay with your permit office and its own system, and VizPass does not hold induction or training dates. What it adds is a dependable gate record: who is inside, since when, for which contractor company and which host. Writing the gate pass number on the permit ties the two together.
Access is by role: six built-in roles plus custom roles. Sign-ins and every change to a visit are kept in a tamper-proof activity log, blocked people are refused at check-in, and records are held in Indian regions and deleted after the retention period you set, between 12 and 120 months.
Yes, for staff attendance. eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send punches to the VizPass Attendance module, which comes with the Attendance & Leave, Field Workforce and Enterprise plans, priced on request. The visitor plans do not include it. Every visitor record can also be downloaded as CSV.
One gate can go live on the day you start: set up the gate, invite your hosts and check in the first visitor. We suggest running it beside the paper register for a week, then adding your other gates. The demo and the go-live session both run on a video call.
No. VizPass is built and supported from Noida. Demos and go-live sessions for Gujarat run on a video call pointed at your own gate, with your guards present; on-site visits are arranged case by case, not same-day. Support is by phone, email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30 IST. Guards can switch their screens to Hindi; Gujarati is only partly translated.
Data is held in Indian regions; the hosting and residency page sets out where. Check-ins on the gate app or the public link show your privacy notice and record the agreement of the visitor; desk check-ins on the website record none. VizPass keeps the record; meeting your DPDP duties stays with you as the data fiduciary.
