Can the Guard's Screens Be in Marathi?

Yes, for staff using the web screens: signed-in staff, guards included, can switch them to Marathi or Hindi. Visitor forms and the phone app are in English only, so a guard who prefers Marathi should use VizPass in the browser rather than the app. Try both in the demo with your own guards.

Will VizPass Stop a Worker Who Turns Up Outside Their Shift?

No. VizPass has no shift-based entry windows or time-of-day rules. What it enforces is the pass: a pass can carry an end time, and an expired pass is refused at entry, though it can still be used to leave. A blocked person is refused at check-in until an admin unblocks them. Shift discipline beyond that stays with your supervisors.

How Secure Is the Visitor Management System?

Access is by role: six built-in roles plus custom roles. Sign-ins and every change to a visit are kept in a tamper-proof activity log, blocked people are refused at check-in, and records are held in Indian regions and deleted after the retention period you set, between 12 and 120 months.

Can VizPass Connect to Our Attendance Machines?

Yes, for staff attendance. eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices send punches to the VizPass Attendance module, which comes with the Attendance & Leave, Field Workforce and Enterprise plans, priced on request. The visitor plans do not include it. Every visitor record can also be downloaded as CSV.

How Fast Can Visitor Management Software Go Live in Nagpur?
